Kings Probiotic and Enzyme Cleaner is highly concentrated — use it diluted or undiluted depending on the severity of the cleaning task. Diluted, it’s excellent as a multi-purpose spray or for fresh floors; undiluted, it’s a powerful odour-spot treatment for pet mishaps or around the toilet. Safe for all surfaces at all concentrations, both hard and soft, it’s the ultimate cleaning solution.

Directions For Use

Professional Odour Treatment Instructions:

  1. Application:
  • Apply the concentrated solution thoroughly saturating the area where the odour or contamination originates.

2. Dwell Time:

  • Allow the product to dwell on the surface. Do not rinse off.

Following the initial treatment, the surface can be maintained using a diluted solution of 4 parts water to 1 part product (200ml product per litre of water).

For regular maintenance mopping and floor cleaning, dilute at a ratio of 20 parts water to 1 part product (50ml product per litre of water).

  • Use as a room spray, anti-crease spray, or as a deodoriser for beds, mattresses, and carpets.
  • Detects urine stains with its unique 'PEE detector' feature—spray it on toilet floors or areas of pet mishaps and watch it illuminate the spots.

Usage Ratios:

For Mopping Floors:

  • General maintenance: Mix 50ml of Kings Probiotic and Enzyme Cleaner per litre of hot water.
  • Deep clean: Use 200 ml per litre of hot water for a more intensive clean.

Spray and Wipe Solution (500ml):

  • Mix 5-25 ml of Kings Probiotic and Enzyme Cleaner with warm water. Tip: Fill the bottle with water first, then add the cleaner for better mixing.
