We're confident in the quality of our products. However, if they arrive damaged, or if you're not fully satisfied, please contact us immediately at Admin@kingscleaningco.com.au. Provide your order number, photos, and any related comments, and we'll address your concerns promptly.
Refund Policy:
If a product is deemed faulty, arrives damaged, or doesn't live up to its promises under consumer law, you're eligible for a refund.
- Initiate the process within three working days of product receipt by sending us photos detailing the problem. Specify if you prefer a refund or exchange.
- Unless the damage is evident in your photos, you may need to return the item (in its original packaging when feasible) at your cost for examination. Return items should be sent with basic tracking.
- Accepted returns will either be refunded through the original payment method or exchanged. We'll shoulder the shipping fees for exchanged items.
Exceptions to our Policy:
- Discounted and "seconds" items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
- All returns should retain labels and, if possible, be in their original packaging.
- Items reported as "damaged upon arrival" shouldn't show signs of wear or use.
Exchange Guidelines:
Given the hygienic nature of our items, we don't accommodate exchanges due to changes of heart or order-placement mistakes.
